Sometimes,
we may feel a worst situation in our life. It happens because of several
factors such as love, hopeless, broken home and others. All of them make us
tortured and even depression. Of course we need a motivation to make our spirit
Burn out. Although the biggest spirit comes from our own self but spirit from other Aspects are Needed as well. There
are some ways to Lower our Brain pressure or To to keep struggling in a worst
situation.
1. Stay Calm
If there is a problem in our life dont be
panic. Stay calm and find the solution. If our own self cannot find the problem
solver, ask someone that you think Can help you to solve it. Make sure, Before
you ask someone to help you, make your selves comfort first. Find a quiet place
and hold on your stomach and chest. Breathe slowly until you feel better.
2. Listen To music or
watch video
For partly people, listening music able to make them
Feel more comfort when there is a problem. For example, when you are hopeless
or failed in reaching something That you want, you May listen a song which can
make you spirit again. Besides listening to music, you can watch a motivation
video. Not only listening, but you Can looking at The way someone struggle in life
from the video.
3. Focus
To get a good problem solving you have to be focus.
If you have complicated problems, please focus to solve it one by one. When one
problem has been solved you can continue to solve another problem. Don’t do it
randomly because you will be confused.
4. Pray
The last way is pray. Don't forget
to do it. Everything in this world is properly arranged by God. Hence, you
cannot do something without His blessing.
